This has been Julia Hanna’s lifelong philosophy regarding her friends, family and business practices spanning 30 years in the Oakville area as a successful restaurateur and community leader. Julia’s lifelong love affair with food stems from a strong Italian upbringing that embodied the belief that everyone is welcome at the table. She started her first restaurant, Café Galleria in Downtown Oakville at the age of 26.
Ristorante Julia is an award-winning relaxed fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Oakville, specializing in Italian and Latino cuisines.
Julia, along with the assistance of Longo’s, has created the not for profit initiative HealthyFam – Julia’s mission is to educate children, families and seniors on the benefits of healthy eating by providing experiential learning programs.

Ristorante Julia is an award-winning relaxed fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Oakville, specializing in Italian and Latino cuisines. Led by the experience of Oakville Restaurateur and Chef, Julia Hanna. Ristorante Julia has excelled quickly to the forefront of GTA cuisine. Here at Julia, our staff consistently deliver a unique dining experience that combines excellent price, quality, creativity and care to the guest for an unforgettable visit. For an at home or office event, we will work with you to design a custom package. We can also provide staff to help facilitate the event.
Red Room
Please ask about the availability of the “Red Room”; our private dining area, filled with art provided graciously by the Art Works Oakville as a means to promote the talents of our local artists. This room can be rented out for private functions, team building, intimate dining and celebrations.
